Circus birthday party
We did the Circus Medrano for my daughter’s 11th birthday party, it was a blast! The girls loved it. It’s my favorite one so far! We also really liked Houdini’s secret room and Professor Swen’s Lab.
Kids & adults loved it
We bought the Professor Swens lab for my sons 10th bday party.
All the boys LOVED it, it was a bit challenging at first because they didnt really understand what they needed to be doing, so explaining to them the CONCEPT of the game can save you alot of hassle when setting the kids up.
The boys needed 4 clues in total.
My husband joined them half way through and he loved it.
He was soooo into it.

Wooka Booka Island fun
We did Wooka Booka for our 10yo’s birthday party, after which the kids actually shouted “That was so much fun!” Saved so much money vs. a specialized party venue and it was just as fun.
Fun for family game night
My family (incl. 9yo + 13yo) and I had a great time doing Professor Swen’s Lab. I especially liked the first challenge with the map because it allowed my 9yo to be very interactive and focused on the instructions/directions. And if course I think the ones associated with the mobile app are the best because it brings you just a little closer to the high-tech expensive Escape Rooms. Hopefully more can be added to the app.
Fun family night
I’m an author looking for ideas to spin off my books so I’m constantly subjecting my family to game ideas. I selected Houdini’s Secret Room.
Notes: There were 8 of us. Definitely too large of a group. The guys sat back and watched. I’m don’t remember why I selected Houdini — my youngest is 17, so we are far outside the target age group. We solved the puzzle with no hints but did need to put on our thinking caps.
The storyline was fun. The puzzles matched the theme and, as I stated above, made us think. They would be excellent for the intended age group.
Our only problem was with the app. When we got to the final puzzle, it would not accept our answer. We selected the correct item and received the “are you sure” message, but could not, find a way to submit the answer. We tried for a good ten minutes, inadvertently selecting the wrong item twice. But those were accidents and we couldn’t figure out how we got it to accept the answer. We finally gave up and I verified our choice in the solutions guide. A bit anticlimactic, but it was a fun night.
Great Indoor Activity for Bday Party
I ordered this for my daughter’s 11 year old bday party and it was a hit! It wasn’t too hard or too easy. They needed the hints and loved that they could get them from the app. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. I printed everything out on cardstock as suggested. We did have 7 girls and they didn’t want to be separated so they did it as one big group. It was slightly too large of a group as some would feel not involved at times. Up to 5 is recommended and I should have followed that guidance. I highly recommend it to anyone!
Good family time
My family (with 2 boys: 9yo + 13yo) just completed ‘Professor Swen’s Lab’ as part of a holiday family activity. It was a lot of fun, and I appreciated the app, which allowed everyone to participate. Driving the mad mobile around the map for the first challenge was fun for my 9yo. I would say it’s more age appropriate for 8-11yo kids.
My scouts loved it
Every year my Girl Scout Troop does an escape room at our last meeting before winter break. This was our fourth year, and our second year using one from Escape Room Geeks.
Today we did Houdini’s Secret Room with 13 nine and ten year olds, split into 3 groups. Everything went perfectly, and the app was an excellent addition. One group finished with 27 minutes to spare, and the other two made more use of the hints and were able to finish in time though they struggled a little more.
Everything was really well laid out, and the girls had an amazing time.
I’m seriously considering ordering another one to do at our last meeting before summer break.
Tu cita nocturna perfecta en casa
Jugamos Silver Screen Sleuths con mi esposa y nos encantó cada segundo. Todo lo que tuve que hacer fue descargar el juego y pudimos resolverlo después de acostar a nuestros hijos. Nos encantó el estilo cómico y todos los acertijos son muy ingeniosos. La historia tiene sentido de principio a fin.Espero poder jugar más así en el futuro.

Descargué Medrano Circus Escape Room y me encantó la compatibilidad con la aplicación. Hicimos que dos equipos trabajaran simultáneamente en dos iPads separados y ¡fue perfecto! Un inconveniente es que si su dispositivo no está configurado para permitir que la aplicación acceda a la cámara, interrumpirá la experiencia y no podrá acceder a la cámara. Hay que volver al principio y escribir todas las respuestas anteriores. Asegúrate de usar un bolígrafo y un papel para registrarlas. No es un gran problema, pero interrumpió el ritmo. Hicimos que dos grupos de niños de 11 años jugaran y probablemente resolvieron 85% de los acertijos sin ayuda. Luego, un grupo de niños de 8 años lo intentó y necesitaron más ayuda, probablemente cerca de 50%. La música de la aplicación realmente se sumó a la experiencia y al susto. Los niños de 8 años se asustaron un poco a medida que avanzaban, ¡pero en general todos se divirtieron mucho! De principio a fin, probablemente tomó poco más de una hora. Estaba preparando el evento de ciberseguridad para niños en la escuela. Una de las tareas se llevó a cabo desde la sala de escape. Tenía 3 grupos, así que preparé tres salas de escape. Los niños tenían que cooperar para ganar este juego. Utilicé juegos de Escape Room Geeks que pude combinar para tener una gran experiencia. Aventura para niños. Fue una excelente elección y los niños se divirtieron mucho. Fue genial poder usar esas salas de escape para niños de diferentes años para que estuvieran a su nivel y todos pudieran resolver desafíos en un tiempo similar.

Mis hijos (13 y 9 años) están obsesionados con las salas de escape, pero son demasiado caras. Para Halloween estaba buscando una que pudiera hacer en casa, sin esperar encontrar esta joya. Es realmente la aplicación ideal para mí, pero la calidad de los desafíos y los extras la hacen increíble. Creo que Les va a encantar. La sala de escape es buena para un grupo, pero cuando se trata de organizar dos grupos de cinco, como se anuncia, los códigos solo funcionan para que un grupo complete los rompecabezas. El segundo grupo no pudo superar los códigos.
De un probador de juego
Como probador de “Silver Screen Sleuths”, puedo decir con seguridad que este es uno de los juegos de detectives más atractivos que he conocido. Lo probamos con un grupo de 3 personas y nos llevó aproximadamente 2 horas y media resolverlo. La historia es excepcionalmente atrapante. Los acertijos son desafiantes. pero divertido, proporcionando una experiencia gratificante para aquellos que aman el trabajo detectivesco intrincado.

He jugado los 3 juegos de Gilded Carcanet y estoy muy entusiasmado con esto. Tiene una historia agradable, excelentes materiales imprimibles y es desafiante y divertido de jugar. Estaba esperando la parte 3
Sí, por fin el tercero. Me encanta este juego. Siempre juego con mi abuelo; lo llamo mi Barty cuando jugamos :). Los desafíos, algunos fáciles y otros difíciles, fueron increíblemente satisfactorios de jugar, descubrir y resolver. El nivel 4, en particular, realmente te hace pensar. Excelentes juegos, los tres. Tengo mucha envidia de Aquellos que los jugarán por primera vez.
