I didn't buy any if their escape rooms but I used their tips to make my own. I spent hours making a Harry Potter themed escape room during my spring break and I am just about to go set it up. I used their tips and I had the time of my life making my own and making these clues. I bought the wrong scape room for my daughter’s birthday, wrong age, they were too young to play the one I got, I ask them to replace it if possible, know that because the nature of the product it was something hard to ask, they sent me the other scape room game without hesitation, sent greetings to my daughter and wrote a nice email. I deleted the other game since I read the instructions and my kid and her friends were too young to play, so I really didn’t take any advantage of the situation but would understand 100% if they refused, but the exceed my expectations. Post dinner pre-dessert activity. Our kids are 5-19 years old. Too hard for the 5 year old, great for the 10, 13, 17 year old. 19 year old played along as part of the family. Done with 27 minutes to spare!
